3. Luxury in Simplicity at Four Seasons Residential Condos
In contrast to many other luxury condo buildings, the beauty of Four Seasons hotel and residences is in the simplicity of the design. The sleek, slender building was designed with the goal of it blending into the sky; however, it has become a signature part of Toronto’s skyline and can be seen from almost anywhere.
The complex is in the popular Yorkville area and consists of two towers: a 55-story hotel-condo tower and a 30-story condo only tower. Units are spacious with contemporary, sophisticated finishes, giving the interior a timeless, luxurious feel. Residents can enjoy the many amenities including a restaurant and bar on-site as well as a spa featuring a swimming pool, treatment rooms, and a fitness suite.
Residents have full access to all of the hotel amenities, so they also benefit from 24-hour concierge service, a doorman, and housekeeping.
However, it does not come cheap – on completion Four Seasons residences saw prices up to a shocking 50% higher than other comparable condos in the area. At $1,350-$1,500 per square foot, Four Seasons is undoubtedly aimed at the super-luxury buyer. In 2011 the 9000 square foot penthouse suite sold for $28 million, which is the most any condo has ever sold for in Canada.
4. New Heights of Luxury at Aura
Luxury soars into the Toronto skyline with a sleek elegance in downtown Toronto. Aura stands proudly on the corner of Yonge Street and Gerrard Street at 78 stories tall. The breathtaking height is not all that Aura has to offer – far from it. For starters, the location is ideal for those who want to experience city living at its best, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and green spaces right on the doorstep.

5. Coming soon – Forma Condos
Forma Condos will be a new condo development in Toronto’s premier arts district, consisting of two towers and a total of 1950 units on King Street West. The towers have very distinctive designs but which complement each other, being sure to add something incredible to the Toronto skyline.
The west tower will have 92 stories and will stand super tall at 305 meters, slightly overhanging the Princess of Wales Theatre. Its podium will house four levels of retail and four levels of office space as well as condo amenities on the top. The bottom level of the tower will also accommodate amenities with condo suites above.
The East tower will have 82 stories and stand at 275 meters. It will house three levels of retail and three of office space in its podium alongside a podium-top terrace. The two bottom levels of the tower will consist of condo amenities with suites rising above.
This development is sure to offer incredible city views and unbelievable luxury. The bad news is that the project is still pre-development and we don’t yet know when it will be completed. The good news? You have some time to save up, safe in the knowledge that it will be worth the wait!
